The DuBois Dream is set to make this year’s 3v3 “Tournament of Champions” bigger and even better by hosting Round 2 of the Tournament at Brockway’s Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration. After hosting last year’s tournament exclusively at the City Park in DuBois, the Dream have partnered with the Brockway Borough to bring the Tournament of Champions on the road to one of the biggest events in the Tri-County area.

“By bringing the Tournament of Champions to Brockway during their 4th of July Celebration, we not only add to the festivities that will be going on throughout the day, but we also start to create some rivalries within the Tournament,” DuBois Dream Owner/Founder Albert Varacallo III said. “With restrictions trending in the right direction, I thought it would be a win-win to expand the Tournament this year to a different location to see if we can add to the 80 teams and 250+ players that participated last year.” Round 1 of the Tournament of Champions will be held on June 12th in DuBois during Community Days followed by Round 2 on July 3rd at the Brockway Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration at the brand new basketball courts in Taylor Memorial Park. Each division winner and runner-up will be invited to the Tournament of Champions Championship Round at the end of July to see who is the true champion. The Tournament of Champions Divisions will be as follows:

3rd-5th Grade (Boys and Girls)

6th-8th Grade Boys

6th-8th Grade Girls

High School Boys

Open Women’s Division (HS Girls and Up)

Open Men’s Division (Ages 18 and Up)
